Yummy chocolate pudding from Eco-Logic's bakery!!!

Chocolate: every body loves it. It is a favorite ingredient used in many products by our bakery team. This year for the Eco-Logic Christmas dinner our team will make mini chocolate pudding tarts. Here is the recipe:


1/3 cup of dark cacao

1 cup of brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon of salt

1/4 cup of cornstarch

2 cups Coconut milk (you can choose soy milk or almond milk too, or regular milk if you don't want a vegan version.)

1 teaspoon of vanilla

Decoration material, like shredded coconut, sprinkles or cherries or chocolate


8 glasses or small bowls or tart shells

A pan for making the pudding

A whisk

A small ladle


Mix the chocolate powder, cornstarch and sugar in the pan. No lumps please!

Pour the milk into pan and whisk; make sure any lumps are gone

Put on a medium low heat and keep whisking on a regular base

Whisk, whisk, whisk until the pudding thickens (If you do not whisk the dry ingredients will not dissolve and your pudding will burn and ruined)

Take off the heat, add the vanilla, and keep stirring.

Fill your bowls, glasses or tarts with the pudding.
