You can start this package any day of the week, the program can differ depending on the arrival day.

Sunday: Welcome | Yoga
Welcome to Eco-Logic. Check in.  Our host will go to the program of your arrangement. You can choose to do your yoga in the morning or afternoon. If you want more yoga lessons, of course you can, we will put it on your bill with us.

Monday: Yoga | Daytrip Bhuddist temple and hot spring
Yoga will be done during the trip.

10:00 We will take you on a daytrip to a natural hot spring in a National Park where we do some yoga,  and we go to a Buddhist temple with sunset meditation on top of a hill overlooking the Andaman Sea and the mountains. Transport and picnic lunch will be organized.

Tuesday: Yoga | Tour on the premises | Thai massage

You can join our staff in the food forest garden in the morning. we will take you foraging. Eating from the wild is not something that a lot of people do. We show you what we can eat from the wild!

16:00 meeting with staff at TCDF Special School about the Saturday program with students of the Special School and local kids.
 
Saturday: Yoga | Activities with local kids | FREE TIME

Eco-Logic is set up to support the Thai Child Development Foundation. On Saturdays local kids come to visit the foundation and students of the Special School get their occupational training. If you like you can join these kids in the morning and have an English conversation with them. Or play sports with them. On Friday there is a meeting in the school about this.
