Read the reviews of our place and what you will notice is that everybody raves about the food.
That is why we decided to organize the "Taste of Paksong" a week filled with food and  culinairy workshops.
Learn from our chef how to make those wonderful Thai dishes, make some exciting deserts, learn to prepare some traditional Thai food.
 
Sunday-FRIDAY package. You can start this package any day of the week, the program can differ depending on the arrival day.
 
Sunday: Welcome | get settled
Welcome to Eco-Logic. Our host will go to the program of your arrangement. 
Check in in the accommodation of your choice
 
Monday : Visit our garden | Thai cooking course 
You can visit our garden with the host and work together with our gardener. Where do your veggies come from?
After lunch you get to do your first cooking course with our chef.
You will make 3 dishes: a pumpkin curry, a sweet and sour vegetable dish and a “son-in-laws-eggs.
 
Tuesday: Tour on the premises | Thai Massage
Enjoy a traditional Thai massage.
In the afternoon we organize a tour on the premises.
 
Wednesday: the Edible Forest | Thai Language | Thai dessert cooking course
Foraging: eating from the wild is not something that a lot of people do. We show you what we can eat from the wild! In the afternoon we teach you how to make Thai dessert: that delicious fried bananas maybe, or how about sweet coconut balls?
 
Thursday: Visit local market 
After breakfast we will transport you to a local market in the area. Have a look around to all the fresh veggies, try the Thai sweets and be amazed about what edibles you can buy at the market. Maybe you like to buy some Thai carving tools to bring home with you?
 
Friday : Yoga | Visit TCDF’s Special School
Today you can join the students of our special School and join them in their occupational training. You are very welcome to join and work together with our kids on the farm! Ask our host about the times.
